Emissis has been working hard behind the scenes to build a private partner portal which has been designed to help our global partners access several features including a helpdesk service and important documentation. “Partners are important to our growth and we wanted to make the process of accessing help and information as easy possible” said Shaun Nugent, Director at Emissis.
The helpdesk service uses a platform called Zendesk. It is a beautifully simple helpdesk system from an American software company headquartered in San Francisco, California.
The portal also acts as a library for many Emissis documents from COOLNOMIX installation training notes and videos to brand guidelines and marketing material. Currently, there are English, German and Spanish marketing materials available, and as more partners come onboard across the world further languages will be added to the library.
The portal also links to the ReadMyMeter service which allows partners to access customer meter data for COOLNOMIX installations. This is a separate service and partners will be supplied with ReadMyMeter login credentials when needed.
The portal will progress with more and more functionality but for now, we hope you enjoy using this service.
